Learn Dealership CRM basics

Onboard your team to Dealership CRM

It only takes a few minutes to onboard your team members, set their permissions, and start working together.

Information can easily get lost or misinterpreted when spread over many different tools such as emails, spreadsheets or Post-it Notes. Dealership CRM helps your team focus on the work that matters. You can add new team members to your account 

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking “Settings” in the left menu.
  2. Click the “Users and groups” link in the sub menu.
  3. Click the “Add a new user” button.
  1. Enter the following information for your new user:
    1. Email address 
    2. First name
    3. Last name
    4. User name (usually their email address)
    5. Choose a password for them
    6. Choose whether to activate multi-factor authentication for them
  2. Click the “Add user” button.
